    Mark Domeier    mdomeier@nrheg.k12.mn.us
I’ve taught my entire career at NRHEG, starting in 1996. My wife Michelle and I live in Ellendale and have two kids, Jayna and Anton. In addition to teaching English, I am involved in extracurriculars with officiating and serving as the Voice of the Panthers at many varsity events. I am a music minister at our church and enjoy collecting comic books and luring people to the Dark Side of the Force. Plus, I have written three novels and write a weekly column for the NRHEG Star Eagle.

    Kristin Barnes    kbarnes@nrheg.k12.mn.us
I grew up in Duluth, MN and went to college in California (California State University East Bay). I spent time living on the East Coast in both Rhode Island and New Jersey before returning to Minnesota where I met and married my wonderful husband. We now live in Waseca with our blended family of five children ranging from 2-14. I love to garden, hike, and spend time outdoors. I'm excited to be a part of the NRHEG teaching team and look forward to a great year.

    Holly Pederson     hpederson@nrheg.k12.mn.us
My name is Holly Pederson, and I will be the 9-12 English teacher. I was a student at NRHEG, so many of you may know me better as Holly Stene. I got married in August of 2022 to Marshall Pederson.
I went to Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato to get my Bachelor's Degree in Broad Field Social Studies with a 5-12 Education Licensure. I am currently working on my Master's Degree in Learning Design and Technology through St. Mary's University of Winona, and I am getting my endorsements in 5-8 Communication Arts and Literature and 5-8 Mathematics through Bethany Lutheran College.
I have worked for the district before. In the 2021-2022 school year, I worked at NRHEG as a paraprofessional to provide reading interventions to students in grades 6 and 7. During the 2022-2023 school year, I did my student teaching at Glenville-Emmons, and I worked as a full-time substitute there. I am excited to work for the district again!
In my free time, I teach community education art classes at Glenville-Emmons, tutor grades K-8 in reading and math, knit, go on vacations with my husband, and spend time with family and friends.
