Mrs. Guildner's Class: After learning about static electricity, the 5th graders had a shockingly fun time with their activity. After creating static on the balloon by rubbing it on the carpet, shirts, and their hair, the 5th graders then held their balloons over a variety of items to see if they would stick to the balloon.
